Abel Boaz: A Believer in Strong Minds, Equal Opportunities, and a Stronger India

At a time when the world is moving faster than ever before, success is often defined by wealth, recognition, and influence. Yet for entrepreneur, author, and social advocate Abel Boaz, success carries a deeper meaning. It is not merely about building businesses it is about building people, creating opportunities, and contributing to a society that is stronger, healthier, and more compassionate.

As the founder of Abellian Finman, the visionary behind BWB Network, and co-founder of Abellian Cosmetics & Wellness Pvt Ltd, Abel’s work spans finance, wellness, entrepreneurship, and social impact. Alongside his business ventures, he is also the author of Breaking Barriers: Empowering Men for Equality and Breaking Chains: Women, Strength, and the Fight for Equality, two books that reflect his belief that progress can only happen when every individual is given the opportunity to thrive.

But beyond his titles and achievements lies a simple philosophy: people matter.

“Businesses can create wealth, but people create nations. If we forget the human element, no amount of growth will ever be enough.”

Throughout his career, Abel has consistently spoken about the importance of balancing ambition with empathy. He believes that modern society has become exceptionally good at teaching people how to chase success, but not nearly good enough at teaching them how to protect their mental and emotional well-being.

According to Abel, mental health is no longer a secondary issue. It is one of the defining challenges of our generation.

“We are living in an age where people are connected digitally but disconnected emotionally. Mental health is not tomorrow’s issue, it is today’s emergency.”

Through BWB Network (Brothers Watching Brothers), Abel has sought to create a platform where men can openly discuss challenges, build meaningful connections, and support one another. While the platform focuses on men’s mental health and empowerment, its foundation is built on respect and equality for all.

His message is clear: supporting men does not mean opposing women.

“Equality is not a competition between genders. Equality is the understanding that every human being deserves dignity, opportunity, and respect.”

This belief is reflected in both of his books. Breaking Barriers explores the challenges men face in modern society while encouraging emotional maturity and accountability. Breaking Chains highlights the strength, resilience, and achievements of women while emphasizing the importance of equal opportunity.

Abel believes that the future belongs to societies that stop dividing people and start empowering them.

“A society grows stronger when it invests in people, not when it argues about who deserves support more.”

Beyond mental health and equality, Abel is also a strong advocate for entrepreneurship and economic growth. He frequently speaks about India’s transformation into one of the world’s most exciting startup ecosystems and credits much of that progress to the confidence and direction created by initiatives such as Startup India, Make in India, Skill India, and Digital India.

He often praises the leadership of Shri Narendra Modi and Shri Amit Shah for encouraging entrepreneurship, innovation, manufacturing, and self-reliance.

“For the first time, millions of young Indians are not just looking for jobs, they are building companies, creating jobs, and solving problems. That shift in mindset is transformational.”

Abel believes that India’s greatest strength is not its infrastructure, technology, or markets alone it is the confidence of its people.

“The most powerful thing happening in India today is not economic growth. It is the belief among ordinary Indians that they can achieve extraordinary things.”

As founder of Abellian Finman, he has worked closely with businesses and entrepreneurs, witnessing firsthand how startups are transforming industries and creating opportunities. He believes financial literacy and financial independence are essential for long-term national growth.

“Financial independence gives people choices. And people with choices create stronger families, stronger businesses, and stronger nations.”

He is equally optimistic about India’s manufacturing sector and believes the country is entering a defining period in its economic history.

“When India manufactures, innovates, and exports, it does more than strengthen its economy, it strengthens its identity.”

Despite his focus on business and growth, Abel repeatedly returns to one subject: humanity.

He argues that economic progress and social progress must move together. A nation cannot become truly successful if its people are struggling emotionally, mentally, or socially.

“The future will not belong to the richest nations alone. It will belong to the nations that build resilient people, compassionate communities, and responsible leaders.”

Perhaps this combination of entrepreneurship, advocacy, and optimism is what defines Abel Boaz most. He speaks about profit, but also purpose. He talks about ambition, but also empathy. He celebrates growth, but never at the cost of humanity.

His vision for India is one where businesses flourish, mental health is taken seriously, equality is embraced, and every individual is encouraged to contribute to the nation’s progress.

“Build companies. Build character. Build communities. Build a nation that future generations will thank us for.”

As India continues its journey toward becoming a global economic powerhouse, voices like Abel Boaz serve as a reminder that true progress is measured not only by what a nation builds, but by how it cares for its people along the way.
