Sunaina’s journey began far from the salon chair in the skies. After completing her BMS from L.S. Raheja College in Mumbai, she took to the air as a flight attendant. But even as she soared across continents, something within her was quietly whispering a different calling. Inspired by the beauty rituals she encountered globally, and fueled by an inner yearning to build something of her own, she left aviation and started over.

"I knew I had more to offer. Not just a service, but a sanctuary,” she reflects.

She didn’t leap blindly. Sunaina invested in herself, studying makeup, skincare, nails, lashes, and permanent makeup across Mumbai, Delhi, and even Paris. Along the way, she also tapped into her spiritual side, becoming a certified tarot reader and astrologer through her practice, Astro Aligns.

The Birth of Krazia: A Brand with Soul

Krazia wasn’t just launched, it was manifested. From the idea of empowering women through personalized beauty rituals, Krazia evolved into a premium, experiential beauty brand. Today, it offers services in PMU (Permanent Makeup), nail art, eyelash extensions, and skincare therapies, all designed to uplift not only outer beauty but also inner confidence and energy.

But make no mistake, this success was built from the ground up. “After quitting aviation, I faced skepticism, financial uncertainty, and the daunting task of rebuilding my identity,” Sunaina recalls. Juggling motherhood, business planning, and non-stop training, she planted the seeds of what would become one of the most soulful luxury salon brands in the country.

Her brand now flourishes across multiple locations, including Noida, Lajpat Nagar, and Vigyan Vihar, with international roots planted firmly in Paris. Krazia’s hybrid model of flagship stores, franchise collaborations, and soon-to-launch product lines (think aloe vera gels and herbal kajals) reflects a brand always evolving.
